October 26, 2010 - ZAB decision goes to City Council for hearing. (hearing postponed by City to Nov 9)
November 9, 2010 - ZAB decision goes to City Council for hearing.
November 9, 2010 - City Council concurs with ZAB decision and dismisses appeal.
September 2011 - three year anniversary of the fire, excavation for footings finally able to begin.
May 2012 - walls arrive on site.
Feb 2013 - all walls, roof, and windows in place. Interior work underway. Narrow driveway access to hillside location has made construction a slow process.
