A PROFILE view of the proposed home, looking north.   Note the YELLOW area is the maximum building height allowed by City code.  Our plan reduces the profile - in green - to nearly identical to the original home - in red.   We are well below allowed building height.  It should be noted the two most vocal appeallants have constructed their homes,  one to maximum height, and the other to above maximum.   Our plans meet and/or exceed (in a good way) all of the City building codes.
